Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once the order is shipped or marked ‘out for delivery,’ cancellation is not possible. You may choose to reject the item at the time of delivery.
You can return eligible products within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Some categories like personal care, final sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
