This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through DealzKing’s official website (https://dealzking.com). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return under the following conditions:
- The return request is raised within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- The item is not part of the non-returnable category, which includes final sale items, personalized products, and gift cards.
- For retailer resale inventory, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or misrepresented
DealzKing reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above criteria.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@dealzking.com with your Order ID, product name, and reason for return.
Our team will verify the request and share return instructions.
For B2B and retailer partners, dedicated support channels are available for bulk return coordination
3. Refund Timeline & Method
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
For UPI or wallet payments, refunds may reflect within 24–72 hours post processing.
If the product fails quality inspection, DealzKing reserves the right to decline the refund and return the item back to the customer.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are permitted for eligible products, subject to availability. Customers may request a size or color change within the return window. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page.
Customized or personalized items.
Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated within 48 hours of cancellation confirmation.
