All listings are subject to quality checks and may carry limited warranties
Retailers and B2B partners are responsible for accurate product descriptions and pricing
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
- We accept multiple payment modes including UPI, cards, wallets, and B2B invoicing
In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines vary based on location and product type
- Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once dispatched
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns for eligible products are accepted within a period of seven calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the items meet our return criteria. Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, refunds are initiated within five to seven business days and credited to the original payment method.
